JASA is available to assist individuals, organisations and churches in respect of any legal matter with a constitutional element to it, particularly those concerned with the Bill of Rights. Where necessary, and in the discretion of the Board, JASA offers its services pro bono; in other cases a modest fee is agreed according to the means of the applicant.

Membership of JASA is open to any corporate body, organisation, individual or church sympathetic and supportive of JASA’s aims, subject only to approval by the executive Board.

No subscription is charged but members are encouraged to donate as generously as possible to the work of JASA, preferably by regular stop order so that we can budget.

Newsletters are sent out regularly by email to members, and the latest information and documents will be posted on this web site.

JASA has NPO status and is registered with the number 069-600-NPO.
