'Protection of Information Bill': In a letter (129kb pdf document), JASA has reminded Parliament of the obligation on the other house of Parliament to hold its own public hearings on the Bill once it is passed by the National Assembly next year.

Government Internet Porn Conference: Mon & Tues 26/27 July 2010, Cape Town:
John Smyth and Peter Mancer (MD of Watchdog Int), will address the Conference. John will speak as to the constitutional legal issues. Peter Mancer, global expert, will explain how pornography can be filtered out of the internet and the costs involved. (166kb pdf document). |
